Background: In October, 2002, the NASDAQ composite index traded at 1109.64, the lowest value in more than five years. It has since rebounded and is currently trading around 1300.
This claim will be judged TRUE if the NASDAQ composite index trades below 1000 on any day between now and 12/31/2008. The index does NOT need to close below 1000 for this claim to be judged TRUE.
I'll use figures from Bloomberg as the source for judging this claim.
