For now, commercial viability will be considered to have occured if there is a TRUE judgement on the claim "Fusn". A major accident will be considered to have occurred if an industrial "accident" or failure at a fusion research or development facility results in two or more deaths within a 24-hour period of time.
This claim cannot be closed until commercial viability or a major accident.
