At minimum 3 countries in the European Community will legalize the growing of hemp for agricultural and industrial purposes before 1.1.1997 24.00h GMT. The legalization has to be in general, not only for a few companies. It is not subject of the claim which percentage of THC-content is allowed in the hemp.
